Wishing all my lovely clients a peaceful Christmas time 🎄
And a massive thank you to everyone who has come through my door this year, choosing Reflexology as part of your self-care and healing journey 💫
I absolutely love every minute I spend in my room at Abbey House, Enniskillen — so much so that I recently realised I’ve now been there for over five years 🎉
Time really does fly when you love what you do 🩷
This year has brought some major changes into my life.
My lovely Mum passing away in March has been incredibly difficult — there isn’t a day that I don’t miss her. But I know she is still with me, guiding me and giving me that gentle nudge to follow my dream 💖🪶
So, in September, I took the massive leap of leaving my full-time job (of over 32 years — I know! 🙈). But I haven’t looked back. I’m now devoting more time to what I truly love — how lucky am I 🌟
A few other opportunities have opened up along the way too 💡
Reflexology is now available Monday & Tuesday evenings, all day Wednesday to Friday, and the occasional Saturday — and I absolutely love it 🙏 Excited for the year ahead.

From my heart to yours, wishing you all a peaceful and restful Christmas time 🧑🏽‍🎄

For immune support during autumn, key reflex areas often focused on by reflexologists include:
