Patient stories :

A 68-year-old patient attended complaining of reduced hearing and a blocked sensation in both ears for several weeks.
Examination showed bilateral impacted cerumen completely occluding the ear canals.
Wax removal was carried out successfully at Ear Purity with immediate improvement in hearing.

A 10-year-old was brought in by parents due to difficulty hearing at school and needing the TV volume very loud.
Otoscopy revealed significant wax build-up in both ears.
