Today, let's spread kindness through small acts that make a big difference.

Kindness doesn’t have to cost a thing, it can be as simple as moving an obstacle out of someone’s way, opening a door, offering a smile or a hand or asking “Can I help you?”

Acts like these remove barriers and help make our world more inclusive.

As Mark Twain said, “Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see.”

Let’s lead with kindness and make inclusion part of every day 🌏

Shelley has lived with severe M.E. for nearly 30 years spending 12 years bedbound and a further decade using a wheelchair. Her powerful story of resilience, advocacy, and drive, to challenge perceptions around disability is truly inspiring.

From overcoming access barriers to founding Access Avenue, which advocates for better accessibility and equity of opportunities for everyone Shelley is committed to changing society’s perceptions of disability and accessibility to empower others. 💙
