As we mark the anniversary Mums passing we the family of the late Laura Pricilla Boyd (Nee McIlwrath), who passed away on the 4th April 2025 wish to express our deepest appreciation and heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported and helped us during our bereavement. Your sympathy, support, love and kindness have not gone un-noticed and we will forever be thankful.

We are grateful beyond words to our extended family, to mum’s friends, neighbours and the church community - you all provided a great friendship and support throughout her life, you surrounded us with love and support even though you grieved with us.

Thank you to all who travelled to our family home and to the Service of Thanksgiving in Cloghervalley Free Presbyterian Church. To those who sent sympathy cards, made phone calls, and sent messages both personally and on social media. To those who sent donations in lieu of flowers. It truly brought home to us how much she meant to so many people and we are thankful beyond words.

A special thanks to mums own minister Rev Peter McIntyre and Rev. John Morrow for their tremendous support and for a beautiful, personal and fitting funeral service. To the the organists and Church Elders and to the ladies of the church in providing a beautiful tea for all after the committal in the adjoining Church Cemetery.

A special thanks to all the medial and nursing staff in SWAH and Dr Elliott and Dr Bingham at the Valley practice in Fivemiletown for their excellent care.

Finally, it is impossible to name everyone who is owed a word of thanks individually but you are all in our hearts, and we extend a very special thank you to everyone. We hope you will accept this as an acknowledgement of our heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to you all.
