Stew’s cut was just the beginning.

What surprised Stew most?

When Stew reached out to me last summer, he wasn’t trying to win a bodybuilding show.

He just wanted to look and feel like himself again — strong, sharp, lean, and in control.

At 54, with a demanding job, long hours, and all the stress that comes with it, he refused to accept that “gravity” and time had won.
