A privilege to work on such a building, dated some time back in the 1500’s , survived both world wars as a hospital and is now residential. A quick job this morning to rectify the slipped lead that fell into the hopper and caused water ingress. 🇬🇧

The team was called out to investigate this premises yesterday, the tenant was experiencing water ingress above the windows internally. Once the gutter was cleared we applied a water proof solution to several of the unions to prevent further water damage. .

What a pleasure to work on this windmill, unfortunately weather had took its toll on the balcony leaving it unsafe and a hazard to falling. The Nissan was able to get us up to inspect and remove the balcony leaving it safe. We look forward to reinstalling the balcony once it’s been fabricated.

First job today with quick access to the chimney stack to remove and replace chimney cap. As predicted by dean the set up took longer than the job. Thankfully the versatile truck was able to get parallel to the property.

A first for the Abbey Heights team here on Thursday, the nimble Nissan was able to give the contractor’s access to the redundant sign box with its multi configuration set up and allowing us to extend only the near side front stability jack to keep the road side jack in to allow traffic flow. The onboard segregation system worked its magic as per usual keeping everyone aware and a safe working perimeter. .

This particular job here was bought to us due to the expense of a pavement license. Abbey Heights team turned up and got the job done within minutes, cleaned the gutters and flood tested the down pipes and away we went. Before and after photos were supplied to document the task. #
