Without the support and dedication over the past 11 years, we could not have raised over three million pounds to date. Together, we are raising money for awareness, research & treatment at Epping Breast Unit as part of the Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust. With your support, we are able to offer a once monthly advice session to those affected by breast cancer called Fabulous and Beautiful (FAB), as well as a six week moving forward programme to move on from your breast cancer diagnosis called Moving On. Please note that FAB is currently taking place at Harlow Resource Zone in Harlow Leisure Zone (CM20 3DT). The next FAB session will take place at 11am on Monday 6th January. Our session will enable patients that are undergoing treatment for cancer to release their stress and worries with our experienced and warm professionals. You can expect makeovers, pampering and styling to make you feel good and look fab. Please contact the team on pah.fab@nhs.net if you're interested. The next MBV course will begin on Tuesday 25th February which will run weekly for 6 weeks. Each week you will learn lifelong skills to become your best self, focusing on nutrition, musculoskeletal, exercise, mind fitness, dressing for YOU and forward planning. If you're interested please contact us on pah.movingon@nhs.net. We also offer a free, fun six week course called Back to Fitness that takes place at St Margaret’s Hospital. All levels of fitness welcome, even if you have never exercised before. This is an amazing course for breast cancer patients who have completed their treatment and motivated to get back in shape. The next session will begin on Tuesday 4th February until Tuesday 10th March. Please contact us on pah.exercise@nhs.net for more information. Alternatively, please feel free to call us on 01279 827857 or email the charity on pahbreasttrials@outlook.com if you are interested in any of our courses or for any other enquiries. We love to hear from you all. Please note that all of these courses listed are complimentary thanks to all of the funds raised by the Breast Unit. Thank you to everybody who has supported the charity over the last ten years and enabling us to be able to offer the support that we do at the Epping Breast Unit.
