💗 Exercise as Medicine – Now Underway! 💪
Our FREE six-week programme for breast cancer patients has officially started this week at the Epping Forest Unit, St Margaret’s Hospital, Epping – and it’s already inspiring!
Designed for anyone currently undergoing treatment, in recovery or post-treatment, this supportive programme helps participants:
✨ Feel less fatigue (exercise can reduce treatment-related tiredness by up to 40%)
✨ Boost confidence and reduce anxiety
✨ Maintain muscle, bone and heart health
✨ Thrive long-term and improve overall wellbeing
Each session is led by a Level 4 Cancer Exercise Specialist, with exercises carefully adapted for fatigue, lymphoedema, bone fragility and other side effects. You’re never asked to do more than feels right for you.
In this week’s video, our very own trainer Michael shares a message about the programme and how he’ll be supporting every participant safely and at their own pace.
We’re also proud to share comments from two of our wonderful participants:
Sessions run weekly for six weeks on Wednesdays from 6–7pm.
📞 Spaces are limited and must be booked in advance.
