As part of my plant spirit medicine mentorship, this moon I am working with the dreamtime. I have made a herbal pillow to sleep with - just a muslin bag with my chosen herb inside, that I will put under my pillow. And I will drink a tea of the herb before bed. Tonight I will work with my plant ally - Rose. I will ask her as I go to sleep what messages she has for me. 🌹💗💤☁️💗🌹

💚Lady's Mantle💚
Alchemilla Vulgaris, is such a magical plant. It grows wild on the yorkshire dales & scottish highlands but is commonly found in gardens. If you are lucky to have it growing in your garden, then now is the perfect time to harvest some leaves to make into a tincture, infuse into honey, or dry some for infusions. Herbalists use Lady's Mantle to help regulate periods & calm period pains. An Infusion drunk as a tea or added to a rItual bath will help connect to the goddess. The beautiful soft furry leaves, during the night fold like umbrellas. Opening in the morning, they reveal magical dewdrops, whiich in themselves have healing properties, hence the latin name 'Alchemilla'

As part of my plant spirit medicine mentorship with I let a plant call to me to journey with. Garlic mustard just kept on saying "hello!" so i went on a reiki drum journey using a recording by to meet its spirit and ask what medicine it had for me. It felt like an angel... reassuring me that all would be ok, and to be patient. I felt so healed by the experience. 💚 thank you "jack-in-the-hedge"

My favourite tree is in flower!🌳 Hawthorn is a gentle plant medicine for strengthening the heart. Also great for stress and insomnia. I have been drinking a fresh infusion of the flowers and leaves everyday, it's so delicious. I collected these sprigs to make an elixir. I will put them in a jar and fill with half brandy, half honey. Leave this for 4 weeks and then strain. 🌸💚🌸

💚GARLIC MUSTARD💚
If you haven't managed to find any wild garlic, then this is a common alternative found in fields and hedgerows. Leaves can be added to salads, and makes an interesting pesto or pasta sauce. Such beautiful flowers 🌱🌸🌱

I did a little ritual in the forest today. Made a mandala with some incense in the centre. Made some tea with wild hawthorn to connect with the heart, and drummed to bring abundance & balance to my life.

A plant to look out for on your walks at the moment.... GROUND IVY.... not related to ivy at all, but part of the mint family. Leaves & flowers can be added to salads and drunk as a herbal tea. Has an interesting, peppery flavour. Good for coughs. The bees and butterflies love it.

What a beautiful morning for a wild plant medicine & Forest bathing walk with these lovely ladies. The streams were flowing, the birds were singing, the sun was shining.... things are starting to wake up & it was wonderful to experience it in the forest to lift our spirits ☀️🌱🐝🌳🌸🐦

Feeling all loved up from last nights 💕Love Gong 💕
We tasted some self love elixir, annointed with sisterhood of the rose perfume.❤ we picked a love letter to ourselves ❤ Then settled down for a rose guided meditation & heart chakra balancing gong bath.❤ We we drank a specially bended heart opening rose tea to finish. ❤
