30 years ago, today, I opened The Underwood Clinic of Chiropractic in Epping and set out to introduce the wonderful world of Chiropractic to the community.
With the help of some wonderful people, especially Bridget, we successfully built a thriving centre of natural health care which is growing to this day.
We have offered a warm, friendly, safe environment to tens of thousands of patients, who have embraced the natural Chiropractic lifestyle to help them cope with the emotional, physical and chemical stresses of our modern lives.
But we don't stand still. As science finally catches up and shows, what Chiropractors have always known, that a healthy nervous system is essential for good health, we are continuing to study and develope techniques which can further help our patients.
A healthy nervous system reduces stress and anxiety, reduces inflammation, calms tension, lowers acidity and boosts immune function.
So, a massive thank you to all the fabulous patients who have made the Underwood Clinic such a wonderful success and if you haven't been in for a while please know there will always be a warm welcome for you.
