Please be advised that due to the Quaker Hall having some decorating work done, our Slimming World group is changing venue on the following dates:

Thurs 28th Aug
Sat 30th Aug
Thur 4th Sep
Sat 6th Sep
Thur 11th Sep (tbc)
Sat 13th Sep (tbc)

We may be back at the Quaker Hall on 11th if the work is completed early!

The new venue will be The Forest Gate Pub, Bell Common, EPPING (parking available)

Whilst at the pub, due to the available space, I will only be able to offer a weigh and go session at the following times:

Thur 5.30-6.30pm
Sat 9.00-10.00am

I will be available for individual 1-2-1 chats but won't be able to do the group chat.
