Throwback I cannot believe this was 9 years ago 😱

I feel incredibly grateful for all of my amazing clients who supported me around the tours - especially those who patiently waited longer for appointments while I was away. Hello 👋🏼

I am Sarah a sports massage therapist based in Epping!

I started off as a beauty therapist but soon realised this wasn’t the path for me. I always knew I wanted to work with people and making them feel better but I was yet to find out in which way. I was involved in a car accident whilst at college and always had an interest in science at school! The car accident lead me down a road of alternative therapies and sparked my interest from there. I headed back to college and learnt sports massage in 2012 I worked in a spinal clinic and expanded my skill set learning a combination of techniques to enable me to promote natural healing to individual needs through massage.

In 2014 I opened my own space in Ongar high street & natural therapy massage was born! & have continued learning ever since.

And a little more about me if you haven’t met me yet..

☕️ I live off caffeine
🦈 I have an irrational fear that I’ll get eaten by a shark in the sea
💛 I love people and talking to new people (apart from when I’m on holiday 😂)
🐓 I love animals & am working on getting chickens at home!
🏡 Seem to keep buying renovation projects, hate the journey love the end and then I move 😂
🎨 I think if I didn’t go into massage I would have gone into interior design!
🏋🏻‍♀️ leg workouts are my fav!
🎵 I absolutely love all different kinds of music & love to bring a little of my own vibe into massage playlists (I’m sorry I can’t do whale music)
