Our Story

Natural Therapy is a specialist in deep tissue massage located at Essex house in Ongar high street.

Sarah has worked within massage for the past 8 years expanding her knowledge throughout this time. Learning a combination of techniques has enabled Sarah to promote natural healing to individual needs through massage.

Sarah has worked closely with the dance group diversity on two tours around the UK to provide pre and post event massage for injury prevention and faster healing in-between performances.
