Sat down a lot today. Whilst EJPโa at nursery itโs a busy and productive day but mainly sat at my laptop.
Decided to get up and have a five minute move and stretch ๐
*Heel lifts
*Pelvic tilts
*Roll downs
*Side bend and roll forward
*Cat cow
*Leg lifts
*Shell stretch
