The International Day of Happiness on the 20th of March 2023 is an annual celebration aimed at helping people worldwide realise the importance of happiness in their lives! It's a chance for you to make yourself and others happier, reflect on what makes you happy, and explore new ways to be happy. Of course, we all have our own definitions of happiness, so however you celebrate the day is the right way! Do something that makes you happy, and take the time to reflect on whatever feelings of joy and contentment you manage to achieve. It's also a day to spread happiness to others. People are social animals, so make a point to be social, spend time with others, and have fun!
