Concerts & Festivals
Use custom ear protection to reduce harmful noise while keeping music clear and enjoyable.

Consider in-ear monitors if performing-they lower stage volume without compromising sound quality.

Headphones & Earbuds 🎧
Follow the 60/60 rule: listen at no more than 60% volume for up to 60 minutes at a time.

Take regular breaks to give your ears a rest.

Home & Studio Audio
Keep overall volume at a moderate level.

Position speakers at a safe distance, and avoid prolonged exposure to high volumes.

Why it matters: Hearing loss is permanent, but preventable. Taking small steps now ensures you can enjoy music for a lifetime.
