I'm incredibly proud of mum and baby Castle today! 😁

I've been caring for mum through her pregnancy with baby number two after she had a C-Section with her first.
She was able to have a smooth pregnancy and wonderful home birth with no interventions or complications! Baby Castle arrived into the world, doing very well and relaxed. Isn't the human body amazing!

Today, mum and baby were looked after and are doing very well! Baby Castle is 11 days old, a fantastic time to check her over, and gently assist her nervous to regulate so she can really thrive.

Chiropractic care is a wonderful, gentle way to look after you through pregnancy, after pregnancy, and for the baby too. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to message me 💓

Had a fantastic weekend at the Webster Technique seminar 🤰 this weekend at

As Chiropractors, we are always continuing our learning, and this weekend was all about caring for our women through their pregnancy and after birth.
I learnt a lot this weekend about how to support mothers to be, provide them with education, and offer them holistic options through their pregnancy.
But most importantly, I was reaffirmed with how amazingly intelligent the human body is. We have an innate intelligence. We know what to do without being told. It's instinct.

We are here to support this process and establish a sense safety and trust in the mothers own ability to create and deliver new life 👶

✨️Transformation Tuesday✨️
Here are the statistics of my mum's achievements after going through our Transform Programme
In only 10 weeks she lost 22.7lbs and 4 inches off her waist!
Her posture is significantly better, she is moving easier and feels stronger 💪🏻You can see the confidence!
I am a very proud practitioner and daughter. The journey isn't over, we are still working together to further improve her health and transform her life 💙

Please read below. This is incredibly personal.
This is my mum and words cannot describe how incredible proud I am of her for taking back control of her health and saving her life.
She has lost 23lbs (that's 23 of those yellow blobs of fat in the picture) in just 12 weeks.
She did this through our Transform Programme here at . This included x2 week chiropractic care, strength and cardio training in our on-site gym, sports massage, and nutrional education.
She now feels better in every way, from her movement and nutritional understanding to have a brighter, more consistent mood. She is now taking more pride in herself again and treating herself with more respect.
Were not stopping here either. We continue to work together towards new goals.
