📢 Important update – Epsom branch 📢

Due to business developments, our Epsom Ashley Road practice will no longer continue to be open on Saturdays.

This will be effective from the 24th of March.

If you need veterinary assistance during the weekend, we’d recommend using the Sutton 24-hour hospital.

Our lovely receptionist Lucy will be going off soon to have her baby. We wish her all the best! This does of course mean we are looking for a receptionist to join our team. We are aware of some negative social media posts concerning emergency care given to a cat. The cat in question was not registered with us and had never been to any vet prior to Tuesday. She is intact, in season, unvaccinated and not microchipped. This cat received high level care over 2 days with two surgeries, xrays, bandages, multimodal pain relief, antibiotics and high level nursing support. All of this was done at reduced cost. We liased with the RSPCA to get help for the owner who were amazing. They did ask the owner to contribute towards the costs of the care but were prepared to pay the bulk of what was expected to be a long and complicated treatment plan. When this approach failed they offered to fund all of the cat's treatment and would then find the cat a new, loving home. Another charity has since been involved and I can at least say the cat is still under veterinary care. We have attempted to respond directly to some of the posts.

Festive season opening hours
We are closed 25-28 December, open again as usual from Wednesday 29th December.
We close again from 01-03 January and open Tuesday 4th January again.
On Christmas Eve and New Year’s eve our Leatherhead branch closes at 5pm with Epsom open till 7pm.
There is full 24 hour cover through Medivet 24 hour Sutton throughout the time we are closed should you need it.
We hope you and your pets have a wonderful, safe and relaxing break over the festive period.
