With Christmas out the way, January has started well. It’s traditionally a slower month, but I can definitely feel payday approaching, with February bookings already filling up nicely 📞💆‍♀️

This month has been a mix of:
• Managing bookings and client enquiries
• Behind-the-scenes work across my businesses
• Staying consistent with routines that support focus and energy

I’ve also been making time for walking and learning, listening to The Mel Robbins Podcast with James Clear — a great reminder that small, consistent habits are key to long-term success in business.

January has had its challenges, but it’s been a productive start to the year and I’m looking forward to building momentum into February.

✨ Life lately at Harmony Within… and beyond! ✨

It’s been a whirlwind few weeks and I’ve been quiet on here, but behind the scenes it’s been full of love, laughter, and a whole lot of beautiful chaos 💆‍♀️💫

👧 Took the girls to Lanzarote for some well-deserved sun
🏅 Celebrated Sports Day – so proud of Layla smashing 3 first place wins!
🌕 June’s full moon hit hard – a strange emotional release, but wow, life’s felt amazing since
💍 My lovely friend got married – I got glammed up, danced the night away, and had the honour of making her wedding cake (in the heat, of course I had to try a tiered one!)
🎂 Layla turned 6! We’ve celebrated at Legoland, and today is her horse riding party – what feels like her 100th celebration and she’s loving every minute
🎉 Belated birthday fun with my friend at The Cube in Canary Wharf – came 13th in the games but had a blast!
💆‍♀️ Back in the cabin, between interviews and being the practice body (perks of the job!)… I’m excited to introduce our new massage therapist Sally to the team 👐
