Thinking about home care for a loved one… but not sure where to start?

This is a key question! The Care Quality Commission (CQC) independently inspects care providers, so it’s always worth asking about inspection ratings and reports as transparency matters (we're rated 'Outstanding' by the way!)
However, the most important thing to remember is: you are allowed to ask questions, as many as you need!
