⭐️Important update for our Surrey Grow and Glow groups⭐️

There will be no sessions this Wednesday (18th March) as we will be attending a free workshop and performance by Guildford School of Acting exploring women’s experiences within the NHS and how to advocate for yourself.

If you normally attend one of our Surrey groups, your facilitators have the details and can let you know everything you need.

If you usually come along but have not heard about it yet, please drop a message to one of the admins and we will send the details over. If you have never attended and would like to join us this week, please send an email to info@growandglow.org.uk and we can share the details with you.

🩷 Happy International women’s day 🩷

These women give their Wednesdays so other women have somewhere to go.

Today is International Women’s Day, and this year’s theme is Give To Gain.

Every week our Grow and Glow facilitators give their time to sit in a circle with other women.
To listen.
To support.
To remind each other that no one has to carry everything alone.

Sometimes the most powerful thing one woman can give another is simply the space to speak.

And when that happens, something shifts.

Not all of the incredible women who facilitate Grow and Glow are pictured here, but every single one of them plays a part in making this space possible.
