🤩 Our Director: Iron Fist, Heart of Gold!

You know that person who runs a tight ship? The one who makes sure every service standard is 5-star, and not a single speck of dust is allowed on our excellent reputation? Yep, that's our Director, Christina, here at Home Instead Dartford! She's the "Big Boss" who demands perfection in care.

But here's the secret: She is also the very first one to tear up while watching TV or reading a book if she finds something for other human beings! 😂 Outside of our clients and Care Pros, she’s constantly volunteering, fundraising, and always ready to do more for anyone who needs an extra hand in the community.

What an incredible milestone! We are absolutely delighted to celebrate the 2nd Anniversary of the St. John's Silver Birch Club. This vibrant, thriving community was born from a simple idea and has grown into so much more than we ever imagined!

This beautiful labour of love is a testament to partnership, starting with a heartfelt conversation and Anthea’s incredible commitment to bring the vision of both her St. Johns Church Erith and Home Instead Dartford to life. Now, it's a bustling monthly gathering filled with connection and laughter!

We are so humbled and thankful for the amazing people who make this lunch possible:

Meet our Care Coordinator, who secretly moonlights as a Scheduling Sorceress! 🧙‍♀️

When our Care Manager calls with last-minute visit requests for our lovely clients, our Coordinator doesn't panic. Nope. She just pulls out her Magic Wand 🪄, sprinkles a little 'seamless schedule dust' everywhere, and BAM! The visits appear.

It's not always easy fitting those extra shifts in, but somehow, she always finds a way to make the magic happen.

Every single person plays a crucial part in empowering individuals and expanding our reach in the community:

💜 Our Care Pros are the heart of what we do, making a powerful difference with their dedication and compassion during every client visit.

💻 Our Key Players work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure every process is seamless, making the magic happen.

And today's highlight? Our Directors were out in a local school, empowering over 60 kids by teaching them the life-saving skill of hands-only CPR!
