Our hearts are feeling all soft and steady after Saturday’s beautiful retreat day 💚

Thank you to everyone who joined us and brought their presence, energy, and openness to the space. It was a profound reminder of how powerful retreat days can be.

A huge thank you to Imogen, Alis, and Saira for your inspiring teachings and for holding such a nurturing space for us to unravel and reconnect with our Inner Balance.

One theme explored, yet three complementary channels of wisdom guided us - helping us stand whole-hearted in our own truth of what balance means, and how we can meet the ebb and flow of life without striving beyond our limits.

✨ Trusting the intelligence of our bodies
✨ Embodying the mindset of finding the ‘Middle Path’
✨ Understanding the natural rhythm of our energy and emotions

Honouring the balance of our bodies, our minds, and our energy empowers us to know that even when we need to stray a little off course, we can always find our way back to inner balance.

Thank you also to our wonderful collaborators for the thoughtful goodies and to Natalie for the divine lunch that had our hearts and stomachs singing with delight! 💛

This Morning Dance Meditation is a gentle, guided invitation to wake up your body through music, rhythm, and free movement. Set to an uplifting playlist designed to stir a shift in your mood and energy, the practice unfolds as a journey - gradually opening, grounding and uplifting you from the inside out.

Less intense than ecstatic dance, yet equally freeing, it’s a space to move without performance or expectation. To shake off what’s lingering, reset the nervous system, and let the body lead the way.

Dancing/free movement is a great way to regulate ourselves. It releases tension, boosts mood, improves circulation, and brings us back into rhythm with ourselves. When we move to music, the mind softens and the body speaks - giving us access to a sense of joy and connection.

The soups provided by are packed with phytonutrients, vitamins, fibres and minerals but made with pure, minimal ingredients. Just the simple medicine of organic vegetables and her own secret homemade veg stock. It’s safe to say they sell out fast for good reason!

Welcoming New Practitioners to support your movement, nutrition and energy…

Niki Ioannou will be leading Reformer Pilates on Tuesdays at 18:30. Her approach to teaching leaves you feeling confident, strong and cared for.

Esther Amira-Opie is an expert Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist and Lecturer, available Wednesdays, bi-weekly, to support you from the inside-out. We feel better nourished just from being around this lovely lady and her support for nutrition is comprehensively helpful.

Becci Murtagh is full of magic - here just one special Wednesday a month, with Spinal Energetics to work with the spine and body’s innate wisdom to restore the nervous system. She creates an experience that promotes a deeper layer of healing we highly recommend booking in for.

Megan Phizacklea is introducing her Signature Brazilian Lymphatic Massage at Cucumber Fields on selected Thursdays. This profound massage technique supports the body’s natural flow, immunity, and overall wellbeing. Along with Megan’s graceful nature, she helps clients feel lighter and energised, both physically and mentally.

There is often a heavy expectation at New Year to set goals to “do more” or “be better,” as if who you are right now isn’t already enough. But, what if this New Year felt like staying soft with intentions instead of setting harsh goals?

This retreat will be a soulful reset for mind, body, and spirit.

True balance is not a static point but a dynamic and ongoing process of adjusting to change. When we soften into this natural state of flux, we free ourselves - finding empowerment through acceptance and release from attachment.

We’ll journey into the wisdom of choosing the ‘middle path’ - exploring how to return to our centre physically, mindfully and spiritually.
