Reflections - Anita Newton Reflections, based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, offers a range of holistic experiences, designed to help you relax and unwind.

Reflections was founded by Anita in 1999, after being introduced to holistic treatments by a friend giving Reiki. Anita attained her Reiki practitioner degree and then began what has become an ongoing passion for holistic therapies. Reflexology and various forms of massage followed. She is also a qualified baby massage instructor and runs regular classes. Wonderful New Treatments available:
