🧘‍♀️💃 The Avelon Road Centre Sports Group had an amazing time at Girls Allowed Gyms, joining in a fantastic Yoga and Dance session! 🎶✨
Our clients loved every moment – from stretching and relaxing in Yoga, to dancing along to fun music that had everyone smiling 😃👏. The energy in the room was full of laughter, movement, and pure joy 💖.
It’s always wonderful to see confidence growing, friendships building, and so many happy faces 🌟🙌. A huge thank you to Girls Allowed Gyms for making us feel so welcome – we can’t wait to come back! 💪💃🧘‍♂️

Nothing beats a day of hands-on learning! Our baking group members were brilliant today, mastering the techniques for perfect banana bread and traditional rock cakes. We mixed, we shaped, and we certainly taste-tested 🤪

⛳️ Our Sports Group had a fantastic visit to Crowlands Golf Centre!

They were brilliantly supported by , who provided one-to-one coaching on the Driving Range. Our clients absolutely loved the session and enjoyed learning new skills in a fun, relaxed environment. ⛳️😊

💪🔥 The Avelon Road Centre Sports Group smashed a brilliant gym circuit session this week at Origin Gym with the amazing Daisy! 🏋️‍♀️🙌

Our group got stuck into a range of exercises, boosted their fitness, built confidence and – most importantly – had an absolute blast 😃👏.

A huge thank you to Daisy and the whole Origin Gym team for being so welcoming and keeping everyone motivated throughout 💙✨.
