Explore meditation, relaxation and creative inspiration this Sunday 9th November 2.30-5pm at Etchingham Village Hall.
Are you ready to join in?

This month’s wellbeing session will provide a simple guided meditation and the opportunity to get creative, with our theme being ‘Letters to my Future Self’. There will be time to make a simple collage or write a page for your journal, explore dreams you may have long forgotten or perhaps they have been buried under an ever-growing ‘to-do list’. Consider this a personal gift; an activity that your future self will thank you for.

My focus will be on helping you to enjoy the ‘process’ we follow, and for you to leave feeling inspired, uplifted, and ready for your week ahead. The afternoon will no doubt fly by, and it may encourage you to continue the practice at home. Each participant will have the opportunity to receive a short Reiki healing that’s entirely optional. This could mark the beginning of a whole new chapter in your life; one that feels positive.

I am delighted to be returning to the The Steyning Holistic Fair Nov 2025 and will be providing tasters in Quantum Healing/Energy Alchemy with a mini reading on the day (£20pp). I will also be sharing details of my workshops and development groups held both online and in-person in Sussex that focus on healing, spiritual growth and ascension. Nature begins its return journey into a space of stillness. Our connection with nature can deepen as we allow ourselves the opportunity to slow down and just be. This one-hour healing meditation will celebrate the change in season, and is designed to gently raise your frequency and for you to receive some simple energy alchemy. Our Story

I am a creative artist and mentor, radically inspired by colour, using the creative process to transform. I create spaces where sensitive people thrive and established the Koorana Centre, West Sussex in 2012.

I’m passionate about supporting children and young people to grow into happy and healthy adults with a strong sense of self-awareness and positive self-esteem. I love working with parents, teachers and carers, helping them to create environments where children and young feel completely at home in themselves.

The Koorana Centre was established in 2012. Through my work there I support a large number of clients and students, holistic teachers and practitioners with a variety of activities that inspire creativity, spirituality and well-being. It’s a beautiful and tranquil environment which has a beautifully high vibration and is a perfect for all types of self-development work.

In my programme I share a variety of self development tools to help others transform both themselves and the spaces they live and work in. These include Quantum Psionics, Reiki, Creative Therapy and Angelic Reiki and now my own programme Energy Harmonisation. I am an artist who loves to play with colour and pattern, using a variety of mixed media techniques. I have participated in many festivals and projects that encourage people to become more creative and expressive.
