Oakdown House Oakdown House provides specialist residential care & support to adults with Learning Disabilities in Sussex. A great place to live and work!

Oakdown House is set in 4 acres of stunning mature gardens with lots of on site parking. We can support up to 45 residents with learning disabilities & profound physical disabilities, who live in one of 5 separate units on the site. Oakdown is a busy, happy home with lots going on! At Oakdown we follow a person centered approach, the individual is at the heart of everything we do and our aim is to make a difference everyday. We are a family run and led business with lots of facilities including a swim spa which provides sensory therapy for our residents. The directors Mike and Michelle are always happy to stop for a chat & a cup of tea! We hope you like our page - feel free to share with your friends.

Join Our Housekeeping Team – Cleaner

Are you friendly, motivated, and reliable? We’re looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Team member to support the day-to-day running of our friendly residential home.
In this valued and essential role, you'll help maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for our residents and staff.

Position 1:
Monday
Friday
Sunday
24 hours per week

Position 2:
Tuesday
Saturday
15 hours per week

What we offer:
• 15 - 24 hours per week – flexible hours to suit your needs.
• Roles can be combined to offer 39 hours per week.
• Hourly pay: £12.25 - £12.55 (age 21+)
• Full training provided – no prior experience needed
