This year we’re proud to be holding 4 separate events dedicated to more than just training.

At FitBox, we’re committed to having a space and environment where everybody belongs, and where we can always support you, through the good days, and the bad

We believe firmly that fitness is more than just physical health, it’s about your mental health as well

These days we are holding are more than just a workout, it’s about connection, conversation, and moving forward together

Our first of the year is just around the corner and we will be kicking off with something simple

We know how important it is for people to be able to plan their year, especially when it comes with what to do with your fitness and social battery!

That’s why we are excited to announce the schedule for our main FBX events of the year and where we will be hosting them.

Our biggest turn out to date after what’s already been a booming start to the year for our LEGENDS program.

A space where our community can grow in strength, confidence and mental wellbeing.

Where training alongside peers becomes training amongst friends.

Cian McDermott - FitBox Coach

Team FBX and our community are proud to welcome Cian to the coaching team at Buckshaw Village.

Cian has been involved with FitBox since 2018, whilst playing semi pro football, he trained at the original FitBox Studio.

Since then, Cian has been involved in the ever growing journey at Buckshaw, including competing with team FBX in Hyrox, Turf Games and our own FBX Games.

FitBox has kept a close eye on Cian’s short but successful journey leading group sessions and building his client base over at JD Gym, and couldn’t be more excited to see what he brings to our space.

Cian will be leading Engine classes across the weekly timetable and now has availability for training clients.

Welcome to the team Cian.

Team FBX and our community are proud to welcome Jenn onto the coaching team at Buckshaw Village.

Jenn has been a huge part of our community since joining us from her previous commercial Gym background.

Someone who has always led by example, by working tirelessly on herself within our training space, and never saying no to a challenge.

A graduate of our friends at and a coach that believes in the same values we hold dear at FitBox.
