Choice is the basis of every part of your existence, but so is fear.

The difference is, choice creates movement, where fear limits movement.

So…SELF COMPASSION is simply the process of turning compassion inward.

It’s something which for me is always work in progress.

So how can it help you…

YOU are kind and understanding rather than harshly self-critical when you fail, make mistakes or feel inadequate.

YOU give yourself support and encouragement rather than being cold and judgmental when challenges and difficulty arise in our lives.

So… try to be mindful of what you do and what you say on a daily basis.
