Studio closed this Friday-Sunday as Lizzie and I will both be away for continued education. Thursday 9th has reformer and Jumpboard in the morning if you fancy. See you on Monday 13th April when the timetable will be back to its usual setting!

With the 4 week Tower Courses coming towards a close, Tower is now added to weekly timetable. Come and give it a go on Tues 9:30am and Sunday 12:15pm.

Beginner’s Reformer 4 week course starts Sat 24th Jan 11am £100. Book online or via app - course is titled ‘Sat 4 weeks Beginner’s Reformer’. Designed to start you from absolute basics and leave you with confidence to attend group classes to suit you. Any questions, please DM/email.
