Third time’s a charm, and this time, it’s all about entertaining. 🍽️🔥

After already adding a Keops cabin as a workshop and another as a home office & games room, this customer expanded their space once again with a Moderna-style cabin, designed as an outdoor kitchen and year-round entertaining hub.

Built log by log in just a day and a half, this project shows how precision-cut timber construction comes together seamlessly:

Measuring 7.5m x 2.775m in 56mm log, it’s been cleverly designed with a shallow apex roof to stay within the 2.5m height limit, while still feeling open and spacious inside.

Subdivided into three rooms, it’s perfect for creating separate zones, whether that’s work, storage, or somewhere to switch off.

From delivery to final walkthrough, this Guernsey build was anything but ordinary🏗️

What started with multiple artic lorries, ferry crossings, and complex island logistics quickly became a full-scale construction project brought to life in just 6 days on site.

Designed as an assisted living space, this large log cabin demonstrates how modern timber buildings have evolved far beyond garden rooms, delivering compliant, comfortable, year-round living environments built for real life.

Next up is a 6m x 10m two-bedroom mobile home, designed as a comfortable and practical living space.

Inside you’ll find:
• Two bedrooms (3.5m x 3.0m)
• Bathroom (3.0m x 1.87m)
• Boot room / utility (2m x 3m)
• Open-plan living and kitchen (8m x 3m)

Finished with aluminium doors with 28mm toughened glass, PVC sliding sash windows with 24mm toughened glazing, heavy-duty laminated shingles, and a Morso 6143 log burner for warmth and atmosphere 🔥

We also created a raised structural chassis for the client, completing the full setup.

Delivered and assembled for approximately £52k inc. VAT.

This week we headed to East London 📍

With a smart Moderna-style flat roof cabin measuring 4.5m x 3.35m,
built in 56mm wall thickness with an insulated roof and floor, this space has been designed as a dedicated home office, with a small store cupboard neatly tucked into the back corner.

Finished with anthracite aluminium folding doors and PVC sliding sash windows, it’s a compact build that delivers both style and practicality.

Delivered and installed for approximately £14k.

And built in just 6 days on site 👀

This large-scale project has been designed as assisted living accommodation, built fully to building regulations and finished with aluminium doors, sash windows and a covered decked area, all delivered and assembled at scale.

Each unit, approx. £120k, built for long-term living, comfort and durability.

We’re finished on site (for now)… but this one isn’t over yet.
