This week’s build takes us to Leeds 📍 a 5.8m wide gable x 2.45m eaves log cabin in 45mm wall thickness, designed as a dedicated studio space.

With an insulated roof and floor for year-round comfort ❄️☀️, aluminium folding doors featuring 28mm double glazing, a small Velux window, and a horizontal feature window perfectly positioned to capture the late-day sun 🌅 this one is all about light, warmth and focus.

A simple footprint, thoughtfully detailed, and built to work beautifully as a creative space 🎨

The big build, officially complete ✔️

Started on 5th January and completed by 20th January, this impressive commercial cabin took just 12 days on site from start to finish🤩

Measuring 8m gable x 21m eaves, the building has been designed as a fully open-plan café and outdoor education space, with multiple aluminium folding doors and tall sliding sash windows to the rear to maximise light and views across the landscape🌿

A great example of what’s possible when scale, speed and quality come together!

We’re currently on site assembling a large 8m x 20m log cabin, built fully to building regulation U-values and finished with aluminium doors and sash windows.

📅 Start date: 5th January
⏱️ Build time: around 15 days
👷 Team on site: just 4 people

This 2.45m x 2.45m cabin was delivered and installed in Worcestershire, built in 33mm wall thickness and designed for straightforward storage use.

No insulation, no extras, just a clean, well-built timber space doing exactly what it needs to do.

All delivered and installed for £3,650 inc. VAT.

Finished with our comfort-grade timber doors and windows featuring 14mm double glazing, all top-hinged opening out to let the light and air flow beautifully through the space. With roof and floor insulation, it’s perfectly suited for year-round use, whatever the season.

We’re starting the year by looking back at one of our final builds from last year, a beautifully finished one-bedroom mobile home assembled in Worcestershire!🌲

Designed for comfortable, everyday living, this bespoke home features a generous open-plan kitchen and living space, a well-proportioned bedroom, and a bright, practical bathroom.

A 1.5m canopy and decked area extend the living space outdoors, creating the perfect spot to slow down and enjoy the surroundings.
Finished with aluminium doors, sliding sash windows, and heavy-duty laminated shingles, it’s a great example of how thoughtful design and quality materials come together🏠

All delivered and assembled for around £37k, proof that well-designed, made-to-last living spaces don’t have to come with a huge price tag.
