XMAS TRADERS - I’ve created a group just for traders. Please join (see below) if you are interested and details of booking etc will be up later today.

Thanks to all who have inboxed me. Having run these things before it’s difficult sometimes to get everyone in the same place - people will inbox my personal or other business pages, and that’s how things get missed! So I’m trying to keep everything in one space to make it easier for us all.

Update on Xmas fayre - I’ve only just got in from work so apologies if I haven’t replied to anyone. I will send out booking forms at the weekend but general information is :

£40 per pitch
Bring your own Gazebo
10am - 5pm

I have a Santa but I’m hoping to add on some other family entertainments too. Many thanks.

TRADERS - I’ve got the ok to use the square/Bridge St in Evesham on 29 Nov for a Yule/Xmas market. It’s taken a while to get a response (!). Would people be interested or is it too late now and you are all booked up?

It will be outside again, all costs etc same as the Pagan Festival. If you have any friends who would like to trade with more traditional Xmas gifts etc please let them know ! Many thanks.

The day was marked with dancing displays in Market Square, free talks in the town hall and stalls around the square and in Bridge Street.

41 sides will be dancing around the Vale and beyond, including Evesham, Alcester, Ardens Grafton, Bidford on Avon, Bretforton, Broadway, Blackwell, Bromsgrove, Chipping Camden, Childswickham, Droitwich Spa, Feckenham, Finstall, Ilmington, Pershore, Stratford-upon-Avon, Tewkesbury, Toddington, Upton, Warwick, and Worcester!

A big thank you to all our Traders for your hard work in the boiling sun yesterday. Thank you Alan Darcy and Nick Cole for your tech expertise in the Town Hall - and not panicking when things went wrong!
