Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a powerful, yet gentle, precise and repetitive massage technique. Using a variety of strokes his treatment can help with pre & post-surgery recovery, managing oedema, lymphoedema and other chronic conditions that affect the lymphatic system. It is also incredibly therapeutic, with many of my clients commenting that they feel calm and relaxed following their treatment.
