As much as I love my hands-on practice and seeing significant improvements in my clients' health and wellbeing, I see the limitations this kind of approach brings. In order to empower ourselves and heal for the long term, we need more profound inner work. Our emotions and beliefs have a massive impact on our overall life – not only physically being expressed in disease and pain – but also in daily life we are creating. I have found combining Massage, Reiki and Energy Psychology is the most efficient way to help my clients.

As this year softly comes to a close, my heart feels full and deeply grateful 🤍✨
I want to pause for a moment and say thank you — to all the souls who walk alongside me. Those who are a steady presence in my life, and those who pass through for a moment, a season, or a single meeting. Every encounter matters. Every connection leaves an imprint. You all make such a difference to me and are an integral part of my journey.
To my clients — we grow together. We heal, soften, release, remember, and expand side by side. It is an honour to witness your courage, your vulnerability, and your willingness to meet yourself more deeply.
To my friends, my dearest sisters and brothers — we go deep together so we can return to lightness. Thank you for the laughter, the tears, the holding, and the reminding of who we truly are.
I am endlessly grateful for everyone who chooses to share their journey with me through the events I hold, co-create, or simply take part in. Together we are weaving a conscious community — heart to heart, shoulder to shoulder, soul to soul.

• 1-hour or 1-hour and a half session is also possible within this time

As we approach the Winter Solstice, the darkest night of the year, we are invited to rest, reflect, and honor the cycles of life. It is a time of stillness, a sacred pause before the light begins to return.
Next Tuesday, we gather one last time in 2025 to soften, release, renew… and step into the new with open hearts.

This final Way of the Heart: Cacao & Dance carries the energy of completion, gratitude, and fresh beginnings. We will drink cacao with intention, allow the body to speak through movement, breathe ourselves back into presence, and invite renewal into our roots, our hearts, and our visions.
