Way of the Heart: Cacao & Dance — The Night of Renewal

Tuesday, 16th — our final gathering of this year

Beloved Souls,
As we approach the Winter Solstice, the darkest night of the year, we are invited to rest, reflect, and honor the cycles of life. It is a time of stillness, a sacred pause before the light begins to return.
Next Tuesday, we gather one last time in 2025 to soften, release, renew… and step into the new with open hearts.

This final Way of the Heart: Cacao & Dance carries the energy of completion, gratitude, and fresh beginnings. We will drink cacao with intention, allow the body to speak through movement, breathe ourselves back into presence, and invite renewal into our roots, our hearts, and our visions.

Wow… what a night we shared together. ✨

Last night’s Cacao & Dance felt like a beautiful tapestry woven from the hearts of every soul who showed up. A gathering of kindred spirits, each arriving with their own story, energy, and truth - and yet moving together in such harmony.

We dropped into our bodies.
We listened to our inner wisdom.
We honoured our sovereign selves.
And we allowed the movement, the breath, the cacao, and the music to guide us back home to who we really are.

What I love most about these evenings is how different each one feels.
The energy, the insights, the releases… everyone receives exactly what they need in that moment. And when we share the space together, something powerful happens - our experiences amplify, our perspectives open, and we rise as one.

Individually, we are powerful.
Together, we are unstoppable.

Thank you to everyone who joined, who trusted, who opened their hearts, and who allowed themselves to be witnessed exactly as they are. It is an honour to walk this journey with you.
