The Four Gates are traditional Chinese medic acupuncture points. Specifically ‘Large Intestine 4’ on the hands and ‘Liver 3’ on the feet. Using acupuncture in these points can help with the immune system, stress, digestion issues, menstrual pain/ irregularities and insomnia. In this video Sinsook explains the 4gate points. She is available at the clinic on Tuesday mornings.
