Finding yoga quite simply changed my life. Not only has it helped me manage my own stress and anxiety but It opened my eyes to a whole new world of passion and purpose, and quite literally, being lucky enough to practice and train in some of the most beautiful places across the globe ❤️

There is no getting away from stress, it’s a part of everyday life and affects us all. However, if the amount of stress we are experiencing outweighs our resources to cope it can really affect our well-being.

Mashing it up with a bit of Muay Thai last night 🥊😃

I nearly didn’t go to this. I was having a right jitter before the class at the prospect of having no clue what I’m doing and feeling slightly intimidated starting a new class most likely full of men!

It got me thinking how you guys must feel going into a yoga class often being the only man in the room.

So a question for the men out there - does the thought of being the only man stop you from joining a class? What could us yoga teachers do to encourage you along and make you feel really welcome?

I’m SO glad I went along. I LOVED it ⭐️ (I am walking like an old lady today though)
