Hi! This is my first post..I'm very excited, perhaps a little apprehensive, as the social media world is very new to me! Let's explore it! 🦋

👋 Little hello and a few words about myself and why I advocate for therapy.

My journey in learning about myself, supported by personal therapy, started over a decade ago. Learning to see myself and others through the compassion lens is my lived experience.

I support people on their journey towards a more fulfilling life! 😊

Perhaps therapy is a good way forward if you feel like something is not quite right but can’t make sense of it.

These are some of the questions which might help to reflect on the way you feel.

👉Are you often feeling anxious?
👉Are you feeling not good enough?
👉Are your emotions often taking over your actions?
👉Feeling guilty, blaming yourself?
👉Feeling ashamed?
👉Low self-esteem?
👉Not liking who you are?
👉Is the harsh voice in your head much louder than the gentle one?
👉Are you focusing on others more than on yourself?
👉Are you feeling disconnected from your body?
👉Is it difficult to slow down the racing mind?
👉Are you self-sabotaging?
👉Are you using coping strategies you would like to drop?
👉Is it challenging to ask for what you need?
👉Is it difficult to say no?
👉Do you feel like you do not necessarily understand yourself?

The aim of therapy is:
