Feeling so grateful for this job that i love so much, after leaving the military i felt lost for a long time and felt like id lost my purpose, but i can honestly say there is nothing that fills me with pride more than helping ease someones physical pain and helping them regain physical function and movement.

Its been a long journey to get to this point and there have been so many times i have doubted myself and my abilities, the good old imposter syndrome loves to rear its ugly head now and then.

But the most valuable thing i have learnt is that throwing myself into the unknown has grown my confidence and skillset immeasurably.

🎶If it makes you nervous, its probably worth it. 🎶

And i am forever grateful to the people that have helped make my dream job a reality, my wonderful clients 🙌

After lots of time contemplating i have made the difficult decision to raise my prices to help cover the rising cost of pretty much everything. I have always tried to be fair in the price of my treatments and i feel these new prices still offer great value for the treatment and service i provide.

I am also excited to now be offering 90 minute treatments for sports massage
