Here at Therapy Pod, we’re welcoming the new season with a little autumn harvest. If you’re visiting us for a treatment this month, please do help yourself to freshly picked veggies, cooking apples, and free-range eggs — our way of sharing a little seasonal goodness with you. 🥕🍎🥚

We’re fully booked for the rest of this week. Emma begins a slow return to the studio next week, though her diary is currently full. Any last-minute availability will be shared here on our socials and via email, and don’t forget you can always add yourself to our waitlist on the booking system.

Kristi has some availability next Tuesday daytimes and Thursday evening.

Our newest little team member arrived at the start of this week 🤍
Baby snuggles and sleepless nights have begun, and I’m soaking up every precious moment.

This time has really made me pause and reflect — making sure I slow down, heal, and enjoy these early days. Thank you all so much for your kindness and patience while I take this short maternity leave 💕

💆‍♀️ In the meantime, Kristi is here and available for all treatments on Tuesdays & Thursday evenings — you can book online as usual.

🌿 I’ll be back seeing my regular clients from next month. Appointments with me won’t appear online for now, so if you’re a regular and would like to book in, please contact me directly.

Running a small business while self-employed has its challenges, but I feel so lucky to have such supportive clients. Taking this pause will mean I can come back refreshed and able to give you the very best, always ✨
