✨ Let me introduce myself…
For those who are new here, I’m the person behind Therapy Pod.
My journey into this work didn’t start with massage. Almost 14 years ago, after having my first baby, I qualified as a Personal Trainer. Not long after, a life-changing accident shifted everything and sparked a deep passion for postnatal care, rehabilitation and supporting bodies through recovery.
That experience led me into sports therapy, and after building a career in the fitness industry I realised something was still calling me — a more hands-on, intuitive way to help people.
So I followed that path.
Over the years I continued studying, gaining holistic therapy qualifications and gradually shaping the approach that Therapy Pod is built on today.
Alongside pregnancies, motherhood and life evolving (7 children later!), Therapy Pod has truly become my other baby.
This work has never felt like “just a job.” Every person who walks through the door arrives with their own story — sometimes physical pain, sometimes stress, sometimes just the need to pause and breathe for a while.
Using a combination of experience, intuition and genuine care, my aim is always the same: to create a calm, welcoming space where you feel supported, listened to and able to release some of the tension your body has been holding onto.
Helping people feel lighter, calmer and more comfortable in their bodies is something that genuinely fills my cup.
