Make your own rosemary mix or just buy rosemary shampoo and conditioner at the health food shop. You won't regret it.
Massage in pure essential rosemary oil with a carrier oil the night before you wash your hair. Enjoy

I am loving the pineapple tea recipe I found on FB.
Take the peel of the pineapple, cinnamon and ginger to taste. Put in a large saucepan with water and simmer for approx 20mins.then pour over a few pieces of fresh pineapple. Tastes great hot or cold.
