Watch in this to the end how I witnessed this one tiny crystal in the crystal grid dance in light during Sekhem & Living Light Energy attunements last week.
My crystal grid literally lit up with a full sparkling light show current..& no...there were no disco lights in the studio. Wish I had had a better camera but it was incredible to just be able to witness, grab my phone and share the moment.

Crystal grids represent one of the most sophisticated and effective methods of crystal energy work, combining the power of sacred geometry with the unique vibrations of carefully selected stones. As a crystal healing practitioner I've witnessed over the decades so many remarkable transformations through crystals and properly constructed and activated crystal grids.

Crystal grids work through the principle of resonance and amplification. When multiple crystals are arranged in specific geometric patterns, their individual energies combine and amplify, creating a unified energy field far more powerful than perhaps a single stone could produce alone.

The combination of crystal energy and sacred geometry creates a kind of crystalline matrix and a coherent energy field that can hold and amplify your intentions too. This matrix continues working even when you're not physically present, making crystal grids one of the most efficient energy tools available.

Those of you that know me well know I have worked with crystals for a long time now and when I worked in a crystal shop frequently the crystals would actively chat away 😅

Those of you who know me, know that a large body of my work has always been about supporting children, young people and charities.

In 2024 The Zen Lounge was created for that, as a wellbeing space for young people and adults - a dream of mine after twenty years teaching in mainstream classrooms.

Last year after meeting some incredible ladies at an inner child retreat by it evolved & a weekly class was launched with sessions based on the philosophy of , including meditation, therapeutic sound and teachings in the art of happiness.

It continues to be a project that just keeps evolving and growing and we are so excited to have been asked by Red Rock Outdoor to co-present an event called Imaginarium this summer.

This will be the coming together of so many dreams and for all the practioners in Devon that have jumped on board so far to support this vision and be part of such an important day - it means the world.

This is about creating a spotlight to showcase the wonderful work that goes on across Devon, that supports the wellbeing of young people - be it outdoor activities, bush craft, creative arts, dance, drama, movement, yoga...or sound & meditation.

It will be a full day of outdoor activities and creative wellbeing workshops hoping to demonstrate different ways children and young people can support their health and wellbeing; whilst giving them the space to learn, have fun and explore their feelings and emotions in a safe and supported way...last photo for flyer info.

The summer holidays is an ideal time to do this and it will be held at the stunning area up at Red Rock Outdoor in Exmouth above Orcombe point.

This year it will take place on Saturday 8th August and it is also a fundraising event for Cardiac Risk in the Young and local charities.

Too many individual thank you's & by far the largest member of our symphonic sound family here in Sidmouth! It of course arrived announced by magic in a very amusing way; but best surprise ✨✨✨

I still can't quite believe it and even the frequency of it is super special 🤍

My life has definitely resembled Rock'n'Bowl trying to roll this in the studio 😅

FULL MOONSOUND EXPERIENCE 1.2.26

Every month we meet in the studio for a little moon magic...MOONSOUND evolved when the Rezenance studio opened and every month has bought such incredible energies and a super full moon thank you to who made our beautiful artwork & moon and drum logo🙏 such a creative talent 🌕

When the weather allows we ignite the flames, illuminate our intentions and swim under the moonbeams.

Today we celebrate Imbolc and the Snow Moon with reflection, patience, and emotional clarity. Letting go of what feels heavy & outdated, making space for renewal and gentle beginnings. This Full Moon favours mindfulness, inner balance, and trust in the natural timing of change.
In astrology, this Full Moon is linked to confidence, creativity, and self-expression and as always is a magical portal for both manifestation and release.

As winter finally draws to a close, this full moon is for shaking it off and starting over as we head into spring.

So looking forward to sharing the sounds and frequencies tonight specially composed, channelled and designed with a drum journey to recharge your cosmic batteries.

This full moon is traditionally known as the Wolf Moon.
The name is believed to come from the haunting sound of wolves howling through the long, cold nights of midwinter. These howls weren’t just about hunger, they were a form of: Communication,Connection, Survival, Unity within the pack.
Because of this, the Wolf Moon has become a symbol of instinct, strength, and the power of coming together during challenging seasons.

Traditionally, the Wolf Moon marks the beginning of a new cycle, a moment to reset, re-centre, and tune into what truly matters. Symbolically, the Wolf Moon represents:

Renewal - a fresh start after the stillness of winter.

Instinct -trusting your inner guidance.

Connection - leaning into supportive relationships.

Courage - stepping into the new year with clarity.

In simple terms, the Wolf Moon is the full moon of new beginnings.

This Super Full Moon and the Goddess asteroids are swirling their magic and may stir our closest relationships. We may feel our hearts more sensitive to those we love, and find ourselves looking for extra comfort and support.

Whatever manifests, it looks like the Universe wants us to nurture our relationships. We may have to give a little extra love and sensitivity to those around us, and to really listen to what our loved ones are saying.

Mercury, the ruler of Gemini, just exited its retrograde journey, which means communication may feel sluggish or not as effective, so we will need to pay extra attention, slow down, and be sure we are truly listening.

Mercury may also bring some hidden information or news to the surface that could help us to deepen our relationship bonds, or perhaps bring an end to relationships or dynamics that we no longer wish to tolerate or have outgrown.

Full Moons can help us to see a new truth and can illuminate something we may not have considered before, so stay open to the messages of this Super Cold Moon, particularly when it comes to your relationships.

Sending a little heart expansion soul seed transmission on here today with a mini 'Aa' tone sound meditation to you all 🪷🤍

It is always such an honour to be asked to record & send these to you when they are needed and be messaged back saying how much they help💫
Today I was asked several times to share this particular one so here it is on here incase.

If you are new to toning- it is nothing to do with 'singing' or how 'good' it sounds - It is sensing and feeling the gentle resonance within you and how the sounds radiate around each area of the body. The vagus nerve is directly connected to the vocal cord and it's a really effective way to soothe your nervous system, feel calm & retune your body and mind.

You can close your eyes & listen, place a hand over your heart area, or tone along - whichever you feel comfortable to do.

Focus on your heart's energy expanding & imagine the rays of light radiating out from you to the whole universe ✨

In this moment I would love to say thank you to you all for being here and being such an important part of my amazing sound medicine journey. To witness all the magic and transformation is such a gift & there are so many incredible souls behind the scenes too supporting everything I do, for which I am eternally grateful.
