This full moon is traditionally known as the Wolf Moon.
The name is believed to come from the haunting sound of wolves howling through the long, cold nights of midwinter. These howls weren’t just about hunger, they were a form of: Communication,Connection, Survival, Unity within the pack.
Because of this, the Wolf Moon has become a symbol of instinct, strength, and the power of coming together during challenging seasons.

Traditionally, the Wolf Moon marks the beginning of a new cycle, a moment to reset, re-centre, and tune into what truly matters. Symbolically, the Wolf Moon represents:

Renewal - a fresh start after the stillness of winter.

Instinct -trusting your inner guidance.

Connection - leaning into supportive relationships.

Courage - stepping into the new year with clarity.

In simple terms, the Wolf Moon is the full moon of new beginnings.

A reminder that the year ahead is unwritten, and we get to choose how we meet it.

Spiritually, the Wolf Moon carries themes of renewal, courage, intuition, and inner strength. Just as wolves rely on both instinct and connection, this moon encourages us to:

This Super Full Moon and the Goddess asteroids are swirling their magic and may stir our closest relationships. We may feel our hearts more sensitive to those we love, and find ourselves looking for extra comfort and support.

Whatever manifests, it looks like the Universe wants us to nurture our relationships. We may have to give a little extra love and sensitivity to those around us, and to really listen to what our loved ones are saying.

Mercury, the ruler of Gemini, just exited its retrograde journey, which means communication may feel sluggish or not as effective, so we will need to pay extra attention, slow down, and be sure we are truly listening.

Mercury may also bring some hidden information or news to the surface that could help us to deepen our relationship bonds, or perhaps bring an end to relationships or dynamics that we no longer wish to tolerate or have outgrown.

Full Moons can help us to see a new truth and can illuminate something we may not have considered before, so stay open to the messages of this Super Cold Moon, particularly when it comes to your relationships.

We can channel some of this beautiful Antares energy by surrounding ourselves with self-love, celebrating those we love, and also leaning into forgiveness.

Sending a little heart expansion soul seed transmission on here today with a mini 'Aa' tone sound meditation to you all 🪷🤍

It is always such an honour to be asked to record & send these to you when they are needed and be messaged back saying how much they help💫
Today I was asked several times to share this particular one so here it is on here incase.

If you are new to toning- it is nothing to do with 'singing' or how 'good' it sounds - It is sensing and feeling the gentle resonance within you and how the sounds radiate around each area of the body. The vagus nerve is directly connected to the vocal cord and it's a really effective way to soothe your nervous system, feel calm & retune your body and mind.

You can close your eyes & listen, place a hand over your heart area, or tone along - whichever you feel comfortable to do.

Focus on your heart's energy expanding & imagine the rays of light radiating out from you to the whole universe ✨

In this moment I would love to say thank you to you all for being here and being such an important part of my amazing sound medicine journey. To witness all the magic and transformation is such a gift & there are so many incredible souls behind the scenes too supporting everything I do, for which I am eternally grateful.

MOONSOUND 🌕 7.10.25

Such a different energy this month...can't wait to see what comes through in harmonies and overtones tonight after this little soundcheck snippet this morning.

So this Moon will stand directly opposite the Sun in Libra, reaching peak illumination and ushering in the Full Moon in Aries, also known as the Harvest Moon.
This lunation is extra potent because it’s also a Supermoon; the first of three & a Supermoon occurs when the Moon is at its closest point to Earth in its orbit, appearing larger, brighter, and emotionally louder than usual.

Sound Translation: if Full Moons already feel like a big deal, this one’s basically on surround sound.
So I have designed some special resonance & transitions 🌀

So what makes this Aries Harvest Supermoon stand out?
It’s karmic. It’s generational. It’s about breaking patterns you didn’t sign up for but somehow inherited | family traditions of hyper-independence | beliefs that you have to hustle alone | reflexes that make you put up armour instead of asking for support.

I’m so excited to be teaming up once again with my amazing friend Harie from for a truly special Mini Retreat Morning.

We’ll begin with a gentle chakra-balancing yoga flow, followed by a delicious nourishing brunch (because what’s a retreat without good food?! ).

Then we’ll dive into a beautiful session with Harie, where she’ll guide you through using tuning forks and vibrational sound frequencies to help recharge your energy, support your immune system, and find deep inner calm.

All of this will take place in a gorgeous brand-new studio near Totnes, surrounded by peace and nature
