We are getting lots of queries about our text reminder service- The way the messages come through now show a mobile number as the sender, but Alphington Pharmacy as the 1st line of the message. It will also contain details of which shelf your prescription is stored on and if you tell the member of staff the shelf number this should make it quicker to serve you.
If you aren't already signed up for text alerts, and would like to be, then please ask when you collect your next prescription and we can add you into the system.
