Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) can look different for everyone, but it often involves intrusive thoughts and repetitive behaviours. For some, this might mean carrying out repeated checks (like making sure the front door is locked or appliances are turned off) to ease the anxiety brought on by those thoughts.
At TALKWORKS, we offer evidence based support to help you understand your symptoms and feel more in control. If you are struggling with OCD, you don't need to go through this by yourself.
