TALKWORKS - NHS TALKWORKS is Devon’s NHS Talking Therapies service.

We are here to help adults, age 18+, across Devon (excluding Plymouth which is covered by Plymouth Talking Therapies), improve their mental and physical wellbeing. TALKWORKS is a free, confidential, service, part of NHS Talking Therapies, for people aged 18+ in Devon (excluding Plymouth), helping you to improve your mental and physical wellbeing. TALKWORKS is part of Devon Partnership NHS Trust, which provides a wide range of NHS services to people with mental health and learning disability needs in Devon, the wider South West region and nationally.

What are you doing to look after your wellbeing today?
Regular movement is one of the easiest ways to boost your mood and reduce stress. For some, that might be spending time in the garden - like Amey, an administrator in our Talking Health team. For others, it could be getting out for a run, just like Emma, one of our counsellors in Taw.
Whatever you choose, it’s all about finding a type of movement that feels right for you.
