Now my members know and my resignation has been acknowledged, it's with a heavy heart I need to tell you... Jo's Slimming World group in Exeter will be finishing in May! 😢

I will run my last group in;

St Marks on May 4th

Cullompton on May 8th

Countess Wear School on May 9th!

I would like to thank all my members past & present for their support, Slimming world in Exeter with Lyndsay for being my sound board & just being there when I needed her grateful

Penni Ball for getting me to my Personal Achievement Target Weight.

I will know more about the groups next week, so will update this page then.

But for now.... thank you everyone for everything ❤️

Look at 4 of my fabulous Slimming World members from my Friday morning group in Cullompton Football club 💖💖💖💖

Our lovely Nicky Johns has lost a whopping 4 Stone and found a love in running, so much so, not only is she taking part in the Brighton Marathon next Sunday 🙌💖, she has introduced Hannah Tilley, Neen Burston & (my oldest member at soon to be 80 yrs young) Hazel Picken to local Parkruns ❤️

Here is pictured Nicky & Hannah who smashed her PB on her very first parkrun, and Neen & Hazel taking part in one.

It has been said, that everyone knows when Hazel is at a parkrun because her car is full of Slimming World love for our Friday morning group 🤣💖💖
