Reiki is a gentle, fully clothed, hands-on (or hands-off) energy healing that supports deep relaxation, emotional release and a calming reset for the nervous system. Many people leave feeling lighter, calmer and more grounded.

I have Saturday morning Reiki appointments still available in St Thomas, Exeter, with prices starting at £30.
If you’ve been curious about Reiki but never tried it, this is a lovely, supportive way to begin.
