Walk & Talk has teamed up with Eli House to create an indoor space where us parents / carers / families can meet in a warm & inclusive setting.

This session is for everyone, whether you would like to bring along your kiddies, or take time out for yourself as a parent (note the free coffee & cake - 🍰 winner winner!)

A little me update… 👋

Hi everyone, sorry it’s been so long since I last posted / updated this page. I fell ill back in June and thought it would be one of those quick week long illnesses, but unfortunately not and I ended up poorly for about 2 months, and was not well enough to socialise or go on long walks, so sadly this group had to take a longer pause than I wanted or expected.

BUT 🙂 I’m feeling much better now. I am trying to embrace & enjoy the summer holidays as much as I can, trying to keep my little one busy, happy & most importantly calm & regulated!

August is a really busy month for us as a family, including recently celebrating our daughter Isabelle’s birthday 🎈 and we go on holiday.

Therefore I am going to find a NEW WALK DATE FOR SEPTEMBER which I will post details on soon… and Walk & Talk can resume usual business 🤗🤗🤗

It will be so nice to see you guys. I really hope lots of you can make it; it’s made me so sad that I wasn’t able to run the group for a couple of months so let’s aim for September to be a great one! 🌻

M A Y🌞W A L K
What a stunning day for our walk this month 🙌
We had a really peaceful stroll around the beautiful lake behind Greendale & the surrounding green areas. A new walk for the group and we will definitely do it again.
Thank you to those who came along, it was great to chat & catch up with you all 🌻
