The drop in cervical screening clinic held at the Centre for Women's Health at the RD&E will not be running on Tuesday 23 or Tuesday 30 December. The clinic will be back in the new year, from 6 January.

🎄 Don’t Suffer in Silence This Christmas 🎄

The holidays can be magical, but they can also be overwhelming, lonely, and tough for many of us. If you’re struggling with your mental health, remember: you’re not alone, and it’s okay to ask for help.

Things to keep in mind:
- You’re not a burden. Your feelings matter, no matter the season.
- Reach out. Whether it’s a friend, family member, or a helpline, there are people who care.
- Take small steps. If the holidays feel too much, it’s okay to scale back and prioritise yourself.
