PLEASE NOTE! Our Monday Meet Up session on 6th January has been cancelled so please don’t turn up and be left out in the cold 🥶!

We have decided to cancel this one because we know that many of you will only just be getting back into the swing of things after the festivities, as well as the weather potentially putting a spanner in the works if we get snow/ice ⛄️ 🧊.

So apologies for anyone who was hoping to come - the February one will go ahead as normal on Monday 2nd February so we hope to see you then 🙂.

We will also be launching another option for those who aren’t so local so watch this space!

Stay safe and warm inside and we will see you soon 😊.

As we come to the end of the year, we wanted to say a huge and heartfelt thank you from the whole team (Zoe, Lisa, Pat, Rachel, Ruth and Jo) for the incredible support you have shown us throughout 2025.

We will be closed between 23rd December and 3rd January for a well-earned break. We will keep a gentle eye on anything urgent coming into the inbox, but we won’t be checking emails at all between 24th and 27th December — we are strictly not allowed to open the computer or look at work phones during this time.

We are thrilled to share a rare and very special opportunity…
Ana Barretxeguren - international fascia educator and founder of - is coming to Exeter to teach her exclusive one-day workshop:

“Fascial Breath: Moving Fascia Practices for Diaphragm-Centred Self-Regulation”

📆 14th February 2026
⏰ 9am to 5pm

This workshop blends fascia-focused breath practices, movement, and embodied anatomy using her fantastic Moving Fascia balls - offering tools you can use with your clients to support regulation, resilience, and recovery between sessions.

Here’s a little behind-the-scenes look a member of our team supporting your growth in 2026.

Lisa is a highly experienced bodywork therapist of 20 years who combines physical treatment with pain education to support people living with persistent pain. She specialises in pregnancy and oncology massage—two areas where access to massage has historically been limited—and believes strongly that everyone deserves safe, high-quality therapeutic touch.

With 14 years of teaching experience, Lisa has taught a wide range of groups, from primary school children to medical students, care professionals, families and qualified therapists. She is known for her relaxed yet informative teaching style, guiding therapists to develop confidence, technical skill and the ability to truly feel the client’s body. She especially loves mentoring therapists, helping them grow in skill while retaining their unique style.
