Last week I went to to get my bloods taken and to see if there is anything I can do to help improve my health! ��My god, I knew I was probably a little bit stressed but not quite as much as what the results have shown!

Having a look underneath can show you so much more about what is going on and can be really helpful when on a journey to improving your health! ��I am really impressed with the service and turn around of the results

2 months in from January…has motivation started dwindling?

I totally get it! It’s really hard! Especially with having half term thrown in the mix and routine being off! BUT there are 2 ways you can move forward with this

We are almost in March, days are getting longer, rain is starting to ease (hopefully), this is a really good time to solidify everything you have been trying

I’m opening up 4 spaces for March intake for the women who are ready to take control and get the results they really want without having to keep guessing and going round in circles.

This is for those who have tried it and not gotten what they expected or have lost their way and now unsure how to get started!

Here’s a real-life, half-term friendly day of eating that lands around 1,800 kcal and 120g protein, includes a McDonald’s trip with the kids

🄣 Breakfast – quick before heading out

Protein yoghurt bowl
200g 0% Greek yoghurt
30g granola
100g berries (fresh or frozen)
1 tsp honey
10g peanut butter

ā˜• On-the-go snack (soft play / park trip fuel)

Latte + protein bar
Regular latte (semi-skimmed milk)
1 high-protein bar (~20g protein)

šŸŸ McDonald’s lunch with the kids

Order:

6 Chicken McNuggets
Medium fries
Diet Coke / Coke Zero
Side salad (with balsamic or light dressing)

šŸŽ Afternoon ā€œmum lifeā€ snack

Apple + Babybel Light + 2 slices lean ham

šŸ Dinner – family meal

Easy creamy chicken pasta

75g dry pasta
120g chicken breast
30g light cream cheese
Mushrooms / spinach / peppers
Sprinkle of parmesan (10g)

šŸ’› Why this works for half term

No complicated cooking at lunch
Includes eating out without ā€œstarting again Mondayā€
Portable foods you can eat in the car / at the park
Proper meals so you’re not living off beige leftovers

This is actually INSANE!!

I’m absolutely amazed at this queens commitment to herself for this year!

Given the right tools, knowledge and accountability she’s absolutely flown

But the biggest win of all is her mindset around the scale number - she is no longer allowing the scales to determine how she feels

And instead looks at the reality of how smoking hot she is!!

The results we get our girls are absolutely ridiculous, and what they learn with us will stay with them for life!

This isn’t a quick fix where you’ll lose it an then gain even more back

This is about adjusting to fit your lifestyle so that it is sustainable long term

Anyone can lose weight when you have a set time frame and cancel all your social plans

The real progress is made when you continue to live life along side your goals

Tomorrow is pancake day, and I just know within my NKD clients and many of you out there, you are STRESSING about ruining your progress as you are trying to be ā€œgoodā€.

Well, as you know if you have been paying attention - it is this exact thinking that is going to end up ruining your progress in the long run!
