Those of you who follow this page may know me from my work as a fertility and maternity reflexologist. I was the only one specialising in these areas way back when I worked at The Exeter Natural Health Centre in my Womb Room.

I have just completed Chi Reflexology training and tomorrow I am training in the Chi Conception Sequence. This will enable me to support couples through their fertility journey using incredibly powerful yet gentle techniques that have had extraordinary results. This work is incredibly precise and works with the energetics of the body in real time to align and balance the systems of the body.

Right now I am celebrating these newly acquired skills and am inviting you to celebrate with me with reduced priced treatments to experience this lovely practice.

Yay! Today I am celebrating all the hard work of the last six months or so of my Chi Reflexology training - Level one & two are now completed 🥳😍🤩🥰

And, what is amazing is that, I am the only qualified Chi Reflexology practitioner in Devon 🥳 So if you want some get in touch!

It is such a powerful yet gentle treatment that can support even life long conditions; reenergising the body and realigning all those little bits of you that just don't feel quite right. It is beautiful.

All those broken copies of Mouse and the Yule Log Ball that have been such a frustration all year - the more I ordered the more broken copies I was accumulating - well, they have now created a beautiful outcome.
I have just got off the phone to South West Hospices and am sending them a load of copies for their three Children's hospices.
This Christmas, no matter what else is happening, a part of my heart will be singing with joy at the thought of my Christmas reflexology story bringing a bit of magic to sick children and it might even make them feel a little bit better on one of those special days.
But what is even better is that their parents can get involved and may have an opportunity in taking an active role in supporting their child in a way that can help both of them.
Empowering parents with life skills is my number one purpose with The Children's Reflexology Programme and this printing mistake is turning out to not be a mistake at all but a wonderful opportunity ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏👣👣👣🙌🙌👐👐🐭🐭

I have just been reading about this amazing research that has been happening since 1995!!!
The incredible discovery that human milk has the power to treat cancer.

Human breast milk continues to amaze me it is like a magical substance that we are forever discovering new ways it can support humanity.

What would be great is if we could now place real value on the human beings that produce it!

Women know you are abso-f**king-lutely incredible not only are you the portal for human life on this planet but you produce this magical substance that has the power to nurture and heal.

When I had my daughter I remember very clearly a breast feeding moment where I was in a deep meditative state whilst feeding. With great clarity a golden light entered my head from what can only be described as the universe, went through my body and came out through my breast and into my daughter through the milk she was drinking. This is a brilliant metaphor for how amazing breast milk is and how powerful mother's are to have this incredible ability to feed their children. Universal Golden Nectar ♥️

I took a little bit of time out of my busy schedule today to visit a little baby who has been unhappy for about five weeks now. She was so cross with something inside her that was just making the world a pretty horrid place.
Between us, her mum and me, we found a way to support her and I gave her reflexology on her feet. It was clear that there were places where it was quite uncomfortable for her, even though the touch was feather light. We got a release of wind from both ends which seemed to allow her to start the calming process. Her Sigmoid colon was very tender and she jumped when I lightly touched it, so we worked it out a little bit more. Finally she fell asleep. She was so tired, she hadn't slept properly in a long time.

Interestingly to me, she didn't really like to have a stranger in the house let alone touching her feet. I got to thinking about the development of babies and the need for safety. Five weeks of being in pain, not feeling like the world is a very safe or nice place, except for mummy. No wonder she doesn't want to make new friends, her amygdala didn't feel like the world was safe so no moving on to new developments; no attachment development, no interest in new things, no letting mummy out of her sight and often out of her arms.

I left them at about 1ish because I feared my being there would affect her ability to really sleep. She woke for a short while but then went back to sleep and she is still asleep now, a good two and a half hours later.

I am hoping that when she wakes her mama will get a glimpse of the gorgeous baby she truly is and will know that she is fine, she just needs some support right now as her body makes the transition from uterus to functioning body; it can take a while and be an up and down journey for us.

Reflexology is the most amazing support for your baby, whatever their age, I am blessed to have these skills to make such a big difference in so many families lives
