Imagine developing an internal voice that is motivated by courage, curiosity, and clarity. The part of you that recognises the downsides to being self-critical and hard on ourselves and acknowledges the usefulness of connecting with resilience, strength, and compassion.

π Think back to a time when someone else showed you compassion. What qualities made them compassionate? How did they express their support, and how did this leave you feeling?
π Consider how you might embody and internalise these qualities to help shape your own inner warrior. How can you offer yourself a similar level of support in the future?
