This morning, for the first time I welcomed two lovely ladies into my studio for a joint reflexology treatment. Something I’ve never offered or done before but it was so nice. They were long term friends who wanted to enjoy a treatment whilst the other one drank tea and relaxed with a magazine. The studio is large enough to accommodate two lafuma chairs and provides a tranquil atmosphere to completely relax with occasional interaction if they wished. At the end of the two hours, I left the ladies to enjoy a drink together and totally absorb the treatment.

It was so nice to offer this and will be something that I will add to my treatment list.

This week in my reflexology studio, I’ve supported clients on some truly unique healing journeys—from easing anxiety and dizziness, to giving a maternity reflexology treatment to a lady at 38 weeks to help her body prepare for labour; complimenting health using hot stones reflexology to relieve raynaud’s syndrome and supporting those with gastrointestinal issues. 🌱

Yesterday afternoon a butterfly gently landed on my hands and legs—a beautiful sign of transformation, peace, and the positive energy flowing from my studio. 🦋

Every client brings a new story and it feels so rewarding to be part of their wellness. Here’s to another weekend of healing, hope, and new beginnings! ✨👣💙🦋
